- Recent photograph of yourself (in a digital format, ie. jpg, png, pdf)
- US Passport (if US citizen) or Driver’s License
- International Passport (if international student)
- Exam Information (SAT, ACT, TOEFL/IELTS)
- 1 School Faculty/Professor Reference (Name, Email, Phone) – FOR ALL APPLICANTS
- 1 Pastor Reference (Name, Email, Phone) – FOR GRADUATES ONLY
- $100 One-time nonrefundable application fee
