Georgia Christian University agrees to join the network of universities of UNITWIN (University Twinning and Networking) on Capacity Building of Sustainable Development in Developing Countries for which Handong Global University (HGU) located in Pohang, Republic of Korea is the host university.

As part of the program, GCU and HGU wish to enhance relations between the two universities and to develop academic and cultural exchange programs in the areas of education, research, and other activities, and agree to cooperate and work together towards the internationalization of higher education and the goal of the UNITWIN Programme.

The areas of cooperation include any programs offered at either university which are felt to be desirable and feasible for the development and strengthening of cooperative relationships between the two institutions and helpful for UNITWIN Program.
