ACCREDITATION

Georgia Christian University (GCU hereafter) is a certified school from State of Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC) since 2003.

GCU is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) [15935 Forest Rd., Forest, VA 24551; Telephone: 434.525.9539; e-mail: info@tracs.org] having been awarded Accredited Status as a Category IV institution by the TRACS Accrediting Commission on November 6, 2012. This status is effective for a period of five years. TRACS is recognized by theUnited States Department of Education (USDE), the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).

GCU has become a Candidate Member school of the ATS (Association of Theological Schools) in February, 2014.
